Cameron Trip!

November 27th, 2006 by SteD

2006-11-11 – Returning home around 2am after watching Death Note part 1 kat Gurney.GSC, slept for 3 hours and there I was, driving from Penang to Ipoh, heading to Cameron. Before departure, Blu introduced me to her colleauges, lotta new faces, I could barely remember thier name due to lack of sleepness and…baahh all chineses look the same when you dont know them, and out of nowhere this book that I’ve read came into my mind…

Art of persuasion

The book talks about techniques on how to persuade people to do things that you request or desire for you. It costs me around RM60 for the book from MPH, RM60 is worth the money if after reading and mastered the techniques in the book, you can get any girls you want to bed effortlessly! But hey, that’s not my intention of buying the book, I usually just buy self-improvement book to upgrade myself *blinks repeatedly*.

Oops, back to topic, so there’s 1 chapter in there teaching us how to pay attention and memorize stuff by using a few techniques. By applying the technique…I actually get to remember the girl colleagues all of thier names!

Our first stop for the trip, Ipoh:

Missing sign board?

This looks more like it..

There’re lotta cool statue of the chinese god inside but I didnt take pic of ‘em, it’s still too early, they havent wake up yet I thought, I’d never want some gods to get pissed at me, who’d like to have blinking flash light flashing in thier face early in the morning anyway…So we walked on…

We follow some funny signs leading us to the tortoise pond.

looks like a mutated tortoise to me…

Okie..clear enough, to the left, get your lousy vehicle and f00k off, to the right..you get to see Dr. Tortoise

Bear with me on the brightness, so you see here the most top arrow is pointing at the pond, the other 2 are pointing at the tortoises!

The tortoises are not as many as in Kek Lok Si ( a famous tourist spot in Penang, which my last visit there was like 3-4 years ago ), I wonder if they grow in numbers? When I was small, I had a tortoise as a pet, the tortoise was a good partner for me when I was bored, he was my best friend. But then, one fine day, my father came home with my first girlfriend – SEGA 16 bits
SEGA 16 bits
SEGA 16 bits, taken from some other site

So…from that point onwards, my good partner was neglected and after some time, I couldnt even be bothered to take care of the tortoise… *sighs* kids ma…what to do :)
You can guess the story by now I hope, the ex-good partner of mine ended up in Kek Lok Si, hey, it’s better for him, the place is wider and he has many friends now or maybe he has his own family now :)

New working place!

My desk

One of the consultant in my department who is staying with her relative decided to move from her old working desk after her house got break in around 5am in the morning. Imagine you’re sleeping, and waking up only to find someone pointing a knife at you…scary huh? Fortunately, the bad guys never requested something worth more than money, or maybe my colleague is not thier cup of tea XD

Robber : Gimme money or a BJ!
SteD : But I’ve no money and I’m a guy!
Robber: Fine, I’ll give you a BJ!
SteD: Wtf>?

So, I moved to her desk, which I feel it’s better since behind of the desk is this:

the refreshing small garden in the company!

So basically no ppl will be walking by behind me besides the gardener who takes care of the plants there, thus I can LLB ( Looks Like Busy ) the whole day surfing net, chatting, checking emails without ppl’ noticing! A small drawback to this is…I heard there’s a lost soul( or a few) wandering around the big stone in the small garden…….maybe that’s the main reason my colleauge changed place with me…oo am @@

omfg…croc hutner dies?!

September 5th, 2006 by SteD

4th Sept, Monday – At the end of a long working Monday ( I suffer monday blues almost every monday ), I received an email from a friend saying that croc hunter past away, with a lot of doubts in my mind, I browsed to yahoo.com and hell…it’s onna news headline, he still looks cool thou…at least he was not killed by a croc…he’s the crocodile hunter nevertheless!
And guess what, when I reach home, my msn looks like this, notice there’s a turtle in front of everyone’s name? ...

There’s a message circulating around asking people to put a turtle or whatever that is in front of thier nickname in remembrance of the croc hunter.

It doesnt bring any impact to me whether he’s dead or alive anyway :P I never really watch his TV programme, but I guess he’s a good guy…cause I understand that people who love animals wouldnt be bad, and I love animals too *blinks*

People out there, stop killing innocent animals! When the buying stops, the killing stops too! Dam…is that what Rudy and JJ said over at hitz.fm?

k800i…

July 30th, 2006 by SteD

Finally got my k800i after months of waiting for it to be released in Malaysia. Here’s a picture of the box taken by k800i itself.

Okie..it looks sucky… I never looked into any of the settings of the camera and I just snapped it. With da internal memory storage of 64mb, it’s never enough for a guy like me who would chuck in all the mp3s, short videos that I could make use of when I’m bored, and a normal picture taken by k800i would used up around 800kb.
k800i without M2 is like mating with condoms on…you’ll miss out some funs and excitement.
But anyway, you’d better consider praticing safe sex as it’ll cost you one or two M2 to do the abortion, or worst it’ll cost you uncountable M2 for your junior
